Ningbo Jinhai ChenguangChemical Corporation was established in 2008 to promote international quality specialtyproducts and polymers from its petrochemical businesses. Jinhai Chenguang facilitiesare located in the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological DevelopmentZone in Zhejiang Province. 

        Currently the main business of Jinhai Chenguang is based on derivatives of C5 materials. Plant facilities allow for separation and purification of Crude C5 with capacity of 150,000 mt/year of feedstock. Primary C5 crude feedstocks are supplied by pipeline from the nearby Sinopec Zhenhai Refinery and its world class 1 million mt/year Ethylene Cracker.

        From the C5 purification high purity chemical intermediates are produced including: Isoprene(polymer/chemicalgrades),Piperylene(meta-pentadiene),DCPD (dicyclopentadiene), and Isoamylene. These intermediates become the main raw materials to sustain and insure our downstream facilities including the C5 Hydrocarbon Resins plant with capacity of 30,000 mt/y total resins, Polyisoprene/Polybutadiene rubber plant with capacity of 30,000 mt/y synthetic rubber, SIS/SBS Elastomer rubber plant with capacity of 30,000 mt/y, as well as the Hydrogenated Hydrocarbon resin plant with capacity of 20,000mt/y.

        These specialty polymer products are serve a wide range of end markets in the production of synthetic rubber, elastomers, pressure sensitive tapes, HMA(Hot melt adhesives), road marking, shoes, tire and the intermediates for of agrochemical, pharmaceutical and polymer additives .Jinhai Chenguang products are offered to both China domestic and global export markets throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.

        At present, the series product of C5 Hydrocarbon Resins, Hydrogenated Hydrocarbon resins, SIS/SBS Elastomer rubber and Isoprene rubber are providing a full range of product supply services for the Hot Melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives and rubber products industry all over the world.
